Bike, Walk, Raft and Snorkel in a Land of Tranquil Temples and Tropical Fun
Nothing less than a stepping-stone for gods and goddesses, Bali is—simply put—an exotic and cultural paradise. Steeped in spirituality and colorful mythology, Bali offers a world of sensory delights for travelers young and old. Nowhere are kids more welcome, in fact, than on this magical island where the culture celebrates children and where families are warmly embraced. Explore this peaceful Indonesian island with Backroads: pedal through emerald-green rice terraces, past peaceful villages and around sacred pools fed by mountain streams. Walk trails to artists’ communities, stroll along palm-studded beaches, snorkel with technicolor fish and raft past hidden waterfalls.
